The Bowhunter Education Course is one of several "advanced" courses offered by the Hunter Education Program. Although this course is not required of Massachusetts hunters, it is accepted by all states and Canadian jurisdictions which require a government issued Bowhunter Education certificate for the purchase of a license. Please Note - This course is not a substitute for the mandated Basic Hunter Education course required of all first-time hunters.
