1. Obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) through COMMBUYS
All grant materials, including the RFP, attachments, and forms must be accessed through COMMBUYS.
COMMBUYS is the official procurement system for the Massachusetts. Grant seeker are not required to register with COMMBUYS in order to access grant material. If you are not registered with COMMBUYS, it is your responsibility to check the COMMBUYS website for updates to grant documents. Only registered COMMBUYS users will be automatically notified of updates to the grant.
Follow these steps to access the MassWildlife Habitat Grant Program materials:
- Go to www.commbuys.com
- At the bottom of the main page click on Contract and Bid Search
- On the next screen, select Bids
- In the Bid Description box, type Habitat Management Grant, then click find it.

All application materials are posted on COMMBUYS**. Proposals must be postmarked on or before NOVEMBER 15, 2016. Send one (1) hard copy of the completed proposal package to:

Applicants should also include a CD or USB flash drive containing a complete electronic copy of the proposal. Responses postmarked after NOVEMBER 15, 2016 will not be considered. Facsimiles and/or electronic submissions through email will not be accepted.
**Note: If you are not a registered COMMBUYS User but you have obtained this RFP, it is your responsibility to check the COMMBUYS website for updates to this solicitation. Only registered COMMBUYS users that obtained this RFP through their COMMBUYS account will be notified of updates to this solicitation.
