Facilities are listed alphabetically by community on the table below. Each entry includes the city of town where the facility is located, the approval document, and the date of approval.
Note: Some of the facilities listed below are also subject to the federal Title V Operating Permit requirements of the Massachusetts Operating Permit & Compliance Program .

Massachusetts Firefighting Academy
Ethanol Firefighting: The academy proposes live burns of ethanol to provide firefighters with local on-site training on how to recognize and correctly apply fire fighting foam to ethanol spills. The training will be conducted at various locations statewide through 2012.
