To be listed by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) as a qualified third-party waste ban inspector, you are required to:
- Complete agency-provided waste ban training, and
- Submit a BWP SW 48 - Third-Party Inspector Qualifications Statement to demonstrate you meet all other applicable requirements.
MassDEP will maintain a current list of qualified third-party waste ban inspectors on the Massachusetts Waste Disposal Bans web page.
