Annual Report Fact Sheet

Only small transfer stations (those receiving less than 50 tons per day of waste) should submit this annual report - summarizing tonnages of recycling, composting or conversion activity being conducted at their sites - to MassDEP, to satisfy the annual certification requirements of 310 CMR 16.04(2)(i) and 310 CMR 16.04(3)(a)10.

In order to submit a Small Transfer Station Recycling, Composting & Conversion Annual Report & Certification, you will need to create a Re-TRAC Connect™ account.

After creating an account and accessing the Re-TRAC Connect™ system, you will prompted to provide operational and organizational information for each operation, select the form(s) you intend to complete, and verify these submissions. You will then be presented with the annual certification and report to complete.
