Poor Richard's Landing in Provincetown is a unique partnership of private ownership and public enjoyment. The docks house residences and privately-owned art galleries, but provide unrestricted access to the public beach.

A permanent art display is installed on the beach for all to enjoy, and the Town of Provincetown maintains public use of the waterfront with the aid of a dedicated fund.
