The Department of Public Utilities ("Department") will be accepting written comments from any interested person/organization on the "Report to the Department of Public Utilities from the Steering Committee" ("Report") filed on July 2, 2013, in the Investigation by the Department of Public Utilities on its own Motion into Modernization of the Electric Grid, D.P.U. 12-76. Comments are limited to ten pages for individual persons/organizations and 15 pages for individuals/organizations who file jointly. Please file written comments by email attachment to the Department's Secretary, Mark D. Marini (email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org) or by postal mail (Mark D. Marini, Secretary, Department of Public Utilities, One South Station -5th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02110) no later than July 24, 2013. The text of the email should specify: (1) the docket number of the proceeding -D.P.U. 12-76; and (2) the name of the individual/organization submitting the comments. Per the Working Group ground rules, Steering Committee members/organizations or any other signatory to the Report may provide supporting information and supplemental comments to the Department as directed above, as long such information and comments are not inconsistent with the positions taken by that signatory organization in the Report.
