Efficiency Equipment Rebate

• Maximum Rebate
  • $50,000 per commercial building
  • $100,000 per building for municipal and non-profit organizations
    
• Eligible technologies
  • Wall, roof, floor insulation
  • High efficiency heating systems
  • High efficiency domestic hot water systems
  • Unitary HVAC equipment
  • ENERGY STAR® qualified replacement windows and doors

Engineering Study Funding

Maximum Grant

• $10,000 (up to 50% of study cost) for commercial building
• $20,000 (up to 75% of study cost) for municipal and non-profit organizations
