Am I Eligible for ReBuild Funds?
If you had TORNADO damage that was documented by FEMA or an insurance claim, you are eligible. These funds are an addition to insurance payments and incentives from Mass Save. Even better, the higher the efficiency of your home repairs, the bigger your incentives become.

Incentives available up to:
- $5,000 rebates for repairs
- $20,000 grants for homes
- $50,000/building grants for businesses
- $100,000 in 0% interest
loans
- $9,000 for solar electric systems
- 25% of the cost of a solar thermal system
- $10,000 for engineering studies for businesses
Eligible Energy Efficient Technologies
- Attic, wall, and basement insulation
- High efficiency heating systems
- High efficiency domestic hot water systems
- ENERGY STAR® qualified replacement windows and doors
