Any person with an interest in the matters discussed in the NOI for D.P.U. 13-165 is invited to submit written comments to the Department by February 20, 2014 (extended from February 6, 2014). An additional public comment period will be scheduled after issuance of a draft guidance document in spring 2014.

Comments should be submitted to the Department as follows:

  4. a brief descriptive title of the document.

Comments should be submitted in Microsoft Word or as an Adobe PDF file. Data or spread sheet attachments should be compatible with Microsoft Excel.
