THURSDAY: State Environmental Officials to Celebrate Restoration of Freeman’s Pond Salt Marsh



On Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 10 a.m., Department of Fish and Game (DFG) Commissioner Mary Griffin will join environmental officials, project partners and local legislators to celebrate the restoration of the Freeman’s Pond Salt Marsh and officially recognize May and June as “Massachusetts Wetlands and Rivers Months.”

Immediately following the brief speaking program, a tour of the restoration project will take place.
