Patrick-Murray Administration Marks Recovery Act Anniversary with Celebration of Nearly 100 Recovery-Funded Clean Energy Projects in Northeastern Massachusetts

Massachusetts Energy Undersecretary Phil Giudice will join federal, state and local officials to mark the two-year anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), at the site of a clean energy project at the United Teen Equality Center, Inc. in Lowell. Undersecretary Giudice and other officials will highlight 98 northeastern Massachusetts Recovery-funded clean energy projects in 44 cities and towns which are now underway or completed, putting hundreds of people to work, helping the state and municipalities meet nation-leading clean energy goals, and fueling the Commonwealth's rapidly-growing clean energy business sector.
