WHAT: | Massachusetts Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Secretary Richard K. Sullivan Jr. will join federal, state and local officials to mark the two-year anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), at the site of a clean energy project at Fitchburg State University Monday, February 28, 2011 at 1 p.m. The Secretary and officials will highlight 45 central Massachusetts Recovery-funded clean energy projects now underway or completed, which are putting hundreds of people to work, helping the state and municipalities meet nation-leading clean energy goals, and fueling the Commonwealth's rapidly-growing clean energy business sector.Massachusetts Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Secretary Richard K.
