Boards and Commissions represent key vehicles for citizens to directly shape state policy. Governor Patrick makes appointments to more than 700 boards and commissions. This link will take you to a page where you can browse through the various policy areas and find a board that will provide you the best opportunity to serve the Commonwealth. Participate in a wide range of venues, from being a trustee at the local community college to serving on the Fisheries and Wildlife Board. Once you feel the call to serve on a particular board, fill out the application online and submit your résumé and cover letter.
