The Chronic Disease and Rehabilitation Hospital is a Department of Public Health (DPH) licensed and certified non-acute hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient services. There are 17 in state private hospitals, 2 out-of-state private hospitals (only one has a contract for inpatient reimbursement) and 4 state-owned DPH hospitals. These hospitals are managed by contracts.
