    Eligibility information for individuals and married couples who live at home, but receive certain intensive medical or personal-care services.

  • Applicants Needing Long-term-Care Services in a Medical Institution

    Individuals in a nursing facility or chronic hospital must meet certain asset rules and may have to contribute some or most income towards the cost of their care. The rules differ depending on marital status.
