Dear Community Leader:

Often, a combination of state, local, and private funding and expertise is required to fulfill our mutual goal of responsible stewardship of the Commonwealth’s natural resources. This publication provides an easy-to-use reference to the grant and loan programs that the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs is pleased to offer.

The programs assist with smart growth, help with infrastructure costs, fund land acquisition, focus on coastal issues, deal with water resources, and address other environmental concerns.
