Updated ENF Distribution List

The ENF distribution list has been updated to clarify the meaning of Section 11.16 (2) (b) 1: "Executive Office of Environmental Affairs - appropriate policy director." A copy of the ENF should be sent to: Mr. James Stergios, Undersecretary for Policy, c/o Nancy Gabriel-Sackie, 100 Cambridge St. Suite 900, Boston MA 02114. It is no longer necessary to send separate copies to each policy director.



Notice of Project Change Form

With assistance from state agencies and the proponent community, the MEPA Office has developed a form for Notices of Project Change. A copy of the form and directions for its use are available at the MEPA web site. Notices of Project Change filed with the MEPA Office on or after August 1, 2001 must use the NPC form. Please contact the MEPA Office with questions about the form.



MEPA Project Database Online

The MEPA Project Database can be accessed via the Internet. The database provides a summary of key information about projects that have undergone MEPA review, including the EOEA number, location, dates that documents were filed and reviewed, and when Secretarial Certificates were issued.
