MEPA Regulations

The MEPA Regulations, 301 CMR 11.00, along with the MEPA statute, govern the MEPA review process.

The regulations were revised in 1998 and 2008 and the 2008 amendments to the MEPA regulations in Sections 11.03, 11.05, 11.07, 11.08 and 11.16 are highlighted in blue.
