Miscellaneous notices to be published in the Environmental Monitor should be submitted electronically in .doc or .pdf format to mepa@state.ma.us. They should be accompanied by an email with the name, telephone number and email address of a contact person.

We cannot accept notices via FAX.

Filings must be received by 5 p.m. on the 15th day of each month or the last day of each month in order to appear in the next issue of the Environmental Monitor. If the last day or the 15th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline rolls forward to the end of the next business day.
