Monica comes to the Executive Office of Health and Human Services from the Executive Office for Administration and Finance (ANF), where she was a senior fiscal policy analyst. Prior to her role at ANF, Monica was the Parmet Fellow and a staff attorney at Health Law Advocates. In addition, she served as a law clerk at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Monica attended Vassar College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Italian. Monica is also a 2012 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. Prior to law school, Monica performed community outreach and served as a case manager at the Domestic Violence Project at Urban Justice Center, a non-profit organization based in New York City.
