As the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Rebecca Brink coordinates the legislative initiatives within the 15 EOHHS agencies. Ms. Brink brings many years of experience to her current role having worked as an attorney and advocate for low-income children and families. Most recently, she was a Senior Policy Attorney at the Children’s Law Center in Washington, D.C., where she created and implemented legislative and advocacy strategies on a wide range of issues, including mental health, child welfare and education. Previously, Ms. Brink served as the Co-Director of the Children’s Mental Health Access Project at Health Law Advocates, a nonprofit law firm in Boston. She began her career at the Children’s Defense Fund. She is a graduate of Boston College Law School and the George Washington University. She is a newlywed currently living with her husband in Cambridge.
