- Nutrition counseling
- Breastfeeding counseling
- Free nutritious foods, worth about $46 a month
- Immunization screening and referrals for children
- Social service and health referrals.
WIC serves:
- Pregnant women
- Breastfeeding women, up to one year postpartum
- Non-breastfeeding women, up to six months postpartum
- Children under 5 years old
