The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy has launched a free nationwide employer service to increase the representation of people with disabilities in the workforce. The Employer Assistance Referral Network (EARN) was implemented on March 1, 2001 and is designed to assist employers in locating and recruiting qualified workers with disabilities.
Job Accommodation Network
The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) is an international toll-free consulting service that provides information about job accommodations and the employability of people with disabilities. JAN is not a job placement service but provides information regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
About Employees with Psychiatric Disabilities
Employers and educators need practical information about reasonable accommodations for people who have psychiatric disabilities.
