We assist individuals of all disabilities to go to work. If you are unemployed or underemployed, you may be able to benefit from vocational services. All VR consumers must reside in Massachusetts and be eligible to work in the United States. The Springfield MRC Office serves individuals who reside in the following towns: Agawam, Blandford, Chester, East Longmeadow, Feeding Hills, Granville, Hampden, Huntington, Longmeadow, Montgomery, Russell, Southwick, Springfield, Tolland, West Springfield, Westfield and Wilbraham.
To Make a Referral
Any individual with a disability can inquire about obtaining services. Friends, relatives and health care providers can also refer an individual to MRC. Our services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities to make informed choices about work. We have an easy way to start this process.
- Call (413) 736-7296 and speak to our receptionist. The receptionist will help you complete a short telephone inquiry and you will be directly referred to the counselor that serves the area of your zip code.

Directions to Our Office
From Interstate Route 91 (North or South)
- Take Ext 8 to Route 291.
Get into the right lane. - Take Exit 3, Armory Street
At the end of the ramp, go through the traffic light.
Take first right onto Armory Street South. - At the 3 rd light, turn right on Taylor Street
- Take immediate left on Federal Street.
- Go about 4/10 of a mile and turn left into STCC Technology Park.
Fro m Massachusetts Turnpike I-90
- Take Exit 6, Springfield.
At end of the ramp, turn left on Route 291. - Take Armory Street exit. (Exit 3)
Go ¾ of the way around the rotary and take Armory Street South. - At the 3 rd light, turn right on Taylor Street
- Take immediate left onto Federal Street
- Go about 4/10 of a mile and turn left into STCC Technology Park.
