We want to make sure that all MassHealth members get quality health care. Whether you have good news about your family's health care or have a complaint or concern, we want to help you. Please contact a Health Benefits Advisor (HBA) at the MassHealth Customer Service Center.

The HBA will try to answer any questions or concerns you have. If you would like to put your comments in writing, or if you feel your problem was not resolved, ask the HBA to send you a complaint form, or write to:

You should also tell your health plan if you are having a problem. You can find the phone number for your health plan's Member Services department on your health plan's ID card.
