RE:	Processing MassHealth Buy-In Applications
		

Introduction

Beginning March 1, 2011, each MassHealth Enrollment Center (MEC) 
became responsible for processing MassHealth Buy-In applications for 
applicants and members in their service area.

The Tewksbury MEC will only be responsible for Buy-In applications 
from applicants and members in their service area.
		

MHBI-1 MHBI-2

The MHBI-1 and MHBI-2 forms have been revised to include the 
addresses of the Revere, Springfield, and Taunton MECs.
