What is EFT? 

EFT stands for electronic funds transfer 
and represents the way your business 
can receive direct deposit of your 
MassHealth payments to your bank 
account. 

Electronic funds transfer is: 

• fast 
• simple

Your payment will be confirmed in your 
bank account more quickly than if you 
had to wait for the mail, deposit your 
check, and wait for your funds to 
become available. 

Payments will be electronically 
transferred to a bank account designated 
by you.

How do I sign up? 

Follow these four easy steps: 

Step 1: Obtain an EFT application. 

• Visit the MassHealth Web site at 
www.mass.gov/masshealth and 
download an application 

OR 

• Call Provider Enrollment at 
1-800-841-2900. 

Step 2: Complete the one page EFT 
application. 

Step 3: Mail in the completed EFT 
application with a voided check.
