Service Center


Access Inquire Profile Update Status
From the MassHealth Provider Online Service Center home panel:
1.	Click Manage Provider Information. 
2.	Click Maintain Profile.
3.	Click Inquire Profile Update Status.
View Profile Update Status
On the Provider Status panel:
1.	View the status of your profile update. 
 
Status types:
*	Approved
*	Pending
*	Denied
