MassHealth provides health-care benefits to certain low and medium-income people living in Massachusetts. MassHealth has significantly expanded behavioral health services available to certain children under the age of 21 by paying for six new home- and community-based services. The goal of these services is to help children and youth with significant behavioral, emotional and mental health needs achieve success in home, school and community.
