- Employers Who Have 50 or More Employees Using Public Assistance
DHCFP annually produces a report identifying employers with 50 or more employees receiving health services through one or more of the Massachusetts public assistance programs (MassHealth, Health Safety Net, or Commonwealth Care) and estimates the related expenditures. The report also estimates expenditures in these programs for people identified as these employees' dependents.
- Fair Share Contribution
Pursuant to Chapter 58, the Division of Health Care Finance and Policy is responsible for setting the standard regarding whether an employer with 11 or more full-time equivalent (FTE) employees made a "fair and reasonable" contribution toward the health costs of its workers.
- Massachusetts Employers Health Insurance Survey
The Massachusetts Employer Survey (MES) provides information on employer health insurance offer rates, employee take up rates, health insurance premiums, employer contribution amounts and employee cost sharing requirements. The survey is conducted by the Center for Survey Research at the University of Massachusetts at Boston, on behalf of the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance and Policy. This survey has taken place on a biennial basis since 2001.
- Employer Roundtable Information
The Division of Health Care Finance and Policy and Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) are convening interactive forums for Massachusetts employers to discuss the impact of federal health care reform on businesses in the Commonwealth. Area businesses are invited to participate.
