By order of Governor Charles D. Baker (Executive Order 562), each state agency is required to review all regulations that fall under its jurisdiction in the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR). State agencies and offices across the Commonwealth are coordinating and collaborating with one another during this process to identify and address regulations that are confusing, inconsistent, or unnecessary.

All persons interested in submitting comments on the proposed regulations may do so in writing by the date indicated in the notice. Refer to the full notice for the mailing address for submitting comments.

EOHHS agencies are not required to respond to comments; however, all comments received by the date indicated in the notice will be reviewed and considered.

At this time, the Department of Children and Families provides notice of proposed amendments to the following regulations:
