Community First

"Recovery Through Partnership" is the guiding principle that supports the DMH Community First Initiative for adults, children, adolescents and families with serious mental illness and serious emotional disturbance. We champion people's right to live as independently as possible in the community, and it is DMH's responsibility to support recovery and success of individuals with the lived experience of serious mental illness.
