The Department of Mental Health (DMH) advises its employees and the public that it does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of disability in employment or in access to DMH programs, services, and activities. Marcia Fowler, DMH Commissioner, has designated Joy Connell, DMH Diversity Officer, to coordinate efforts to comply with the requirements of Executive Order 478, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the federal Rehabilitation Act and various other federal and state laws protecting the rights of people with disabilities.
