There are several ways to contribute to the Organ Transplant Fund.
- You can make a contribution on the Massachusetts Income Tax Return forms when you file each year. The amount you contribute may be part of a refund or in addition to the taxes you are paying.
- You may contribute with a check made payable to the Massachusetts Organ Transplant Fund, and sent to Ed Pomfred Director of the Fund, at 250 Washington St, 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02108.
- The Fund receives memorial contributions each year when the family of a deceased transplant recipient chooses the Fund as their preferred charity for memorials. For memorial contributions please make out the check to the Massachusetts Organ Transplant Fund and include the name of the deceased and, if known, the name and address of the surviving family member to whom the gift should be acknowledged.
