Welcome to the Massachusetts Health Care Workforce Center
The Massachusetts Health Care Workforce Center (HCWC) is not a "bricks and mortar" place. The HCWC is instead a collaborative commitment to and investment in an evolving virtual center where Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) initiatives and staff, together with our public and private partners, can address the challenges presented by primary care provider shortages in our state.
