All Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) agencies and their providers have been working together to establish Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs) to assure that essential government services are not interrupted in the event of an emergency, such as an flu pandemic. A COOP identifies essential services, agency leads, delegations of authority, and other key pieces of information critical to the maintenance of services during an extended emergency.
