All Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) agencies have been working together to establish Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs) and Continuity of Government (COG) plans to assure that essential government services are not interrupted in the event of an emergency, such as a flu pandemic. These plans identify essential services, agency leads, delegations of authority, and other key pieces of information critical to the maintenance of services during an extended emergency.
