Nursing Home Administrators provide subacute and long-term care services to residents of facilities in Massachusetts, as defined by the statutes and described in the regulations.

The principal mission of the Board of Registration of Nursing Home Administrators is to protect the health and safety of nursing home residents by ensuring that nursing home administrators are competent and perform their responsibilities properly.

The Board monitors licensees' continuing education as part of the license renewal process.
