Biennial Renewal of Licenses: May 31, 2012
It is the responsibility of each licensee to ensure that his/her license is renewed on or before the expiration date.
License renewal notifications will be mailed to licensees with Current licenses in Spring 2012. Licenses may be renewed online at the Board's website: www.mass.gov/dph/boards/rc
You must have 15 CEUs at the time you renew your license:
- 6 CEUs may be in online courses
- 9 CEUS must be contact hours
The Board accepts contact hours that are "live courses" where there is opportunity for direct communication between the instructor and the student.
You may change your address, renew your license, request a duplicate license and check your license status on the board's website: www.mass.gov/dph/boards/rc
Please note that all Board correspondence is mailed to a licensee's address of record; it is a licensee's responsibility to notify the Board within 30 days of an address change.
