Driver Alcohol Education - RFR 359
The Bureau of Substance Abuse Services (BSAS) seeks proposals from vendors to provide services for the statewide Driver Alcohol Education (DAE) network reimbursable by the DAE blanket. Vendors must be licensed as substance abuse outpatient programs and must comply with all licensing regulations detailed in 105 CMR 162.00. All eligible applicants that meet minimum qualification requirements, as demonstrated by this qualification process, will be authorized for reimbursement through the DAE blanket intended for the outpatient DAE service network.
All previously approved outpatient DAE service vendors do not need to respond to this RFR in order to remain qualified for reimbursement of services through the Driver Alcohol Education blanket funding.
This is a rolling RFR, responses will be accepted at any time during the contract period.
