Dear Friend:

Thank you for visiting Mass.Gov/StopAddiction, the opioid addiction prevention, treatment and recovery website of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. On these pages you will find information about the early warning signs of prescription opioid misuse, guidance on how to talk to your children and teens about addiction, and phone numbers and links for treatment. This website will be updated periodically as new resources become available.

As you know, we are in the midst of an opioid epidemic in the Commonwealth. The Governor has released the finding of his 18-member Opioid Addiction Working Group with 65 specific, actionable changes that should provide relief for individuals and families dealing with this crisis.

We are all in this together. Together, we can Stop Addiction in its Tracks.
