DTA Outreach Centers

DTA SNAP Outreach Centers where DTA staff from local Transitional Assistance Offices (TAO) are co-located within local community agencies, healthy centers and senior centers.  Staff members offer in-person, regular access to information and application services for SNAP benefits.  Please see the DTA SNAP Outreach Centers list below.

SNAP Outreach Partners

On behalf of the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA), the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) contracts with 26 community Outreach Partners to provide application assistance to clients.  These Outreach Partners are community based organizations, such as, hospitals/health centers, community resource agencies, Red Cross, food banks, etc. that deliver services to low-income families and individuals, elders, minority individuals and homeless.
