Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturer Code of Conduct

At its meeting on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, the Public Health Council approved amendments to 105 CMR 970.000, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturer Conduct.  The final version of the regulation as approved is the document titled “105 CMR 970 Final.”  The amendments will be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth and should take effect upon publication in the Massachusetts Register on December 7, 2012.

The Department expects to issue guidance on reporting requirements shortly.

Emergency amendments were approved by the Public Health Council and filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth on September 19, 2012. The effective date of the emergency amendments is September 19, 2012.
