MCDHH Headquarters Moving to New Human Services Center in Boston
Beginning on April 17, 2012, the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) Boston headquarters will be located within the EHS Human Services Center at 600 Washington Street. The new office is two blocks from Boston Common, in a fully renovated “green” building designed as a central location for state agency services. Other state agencies headquartered in the Center include the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, Department of Children and Families, Department of Transitional Assistance, Department of Youth Services, Veterans Services, EHS Human Resources & Fiscal and the Office of Leasing and State Owned Property.
The move will take place from April 13th through 16th. During this time, the Boston office will have no access to office phones, video phones or fax machines. In event of emergency, the hotline for interpreter services will be operating and can be reached at: 800-249-9949 (voice or TTY). The Boston new office will be open and fully operational on April 17th.
MCDHH telephone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. The main VP number will change to: 617-326-7546. The new mailing address will be:
