This summer, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services held two public hearings soliciting testimony from members of the community regarding EOHHS' FY10 budget. Secretary JudyAnn Bigby, M.D., and the Assistant Secretaries at EOHHS heard from nearly 100 individuals from various organizations, each with unique recommendations.
