As an automated solution for you, we are pleased to offer direct deposit to all participating providers. Your MassHealth payment will be transferred to a bank account of your choice via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- timely access to funds
- reduced administrative burden
- elimination of lost, stolen, or misdirected checks
Additional Information about EFT
The EFT/Direct Deposit Brochure provides you with additional information. If you are not the financial decision maker, please give this convenient summary to the responsible person along with the EFT/Direct Deposit application form.
Thanks to Participating Providers!
MassHealth thanks participating providers for their choice to take advantage of EFT/Direct Deposit. If you are not currently participating, consider signing up today to begin benefiting from this best business practice. For questions and answers about EFT/Direct Deposit, see our EFT Frequently Asked Questions.
Sign Up for Direct Deposit
To sign up for direct deposit, print the EFT/Direct Deposit application below and once you have completed the application, sign it and mail it to the attention of Provider Enrollment and Credentialing at MassHealth. Please note that EFT requires an original signature and that is the reason for the request to be mailed back. Faxes, for example, are not accepted.
If you have questions about the EFT/Direct Deposit application, or to determine if your payments are currently issued via EFT/Direct Deposit, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-800-841-2900.
