The Automated Voice Response (AVR) system provides access to EVS using an automated telephone system.

To use the AVR system, you must have a touch-tone telephone. Before calling the AVR, make sure you have your user ID and password, and your 10 - character MassHealth provider number or your National Provider Identification (NPI) number ready. Using the keypad on your telephone, you will need to enter your user ID and password, provider number, and the member ID or the social security number or the agency ID, or the member's name, gender, and date of birth and the date of service.
