MassCHIP Custom Reports are created through user-defined queries. These reports provide a great deal of flexibility and a more in-depth look with user-selected choices of data sets of interest, their respective variables, and statistical measures. Mapping and Charting features are also available through Custom Reports.

To access MassCHIP Custom Reports, you must download and install the MassCHIP Client:

If you are an existing user and wish to access the custom report function in MassCHIP you must open the MassCHIP client that resides on your hard drive. To download the latest version of MassCHIP, go to the MassCHIP download page.

If you would like to become a new user, please read the End User Software License Agreement and accept the conditions.

To access data from MassCHIP servers you must have a connection to the internet

Please view the Computer Requirements needed in order to download the MassCHIP Client.
