Re: Correction of Compliance/Enforcement Actions June 2003 Issue of DFS Quarterly

This Advisory corrects an article that appears on page 12 of the June 2003 issue of the DFS Quarterly.

The following is a status report of recent compliance and enforcement actions taken by the Office of the State Fire Marshal against individuals or companies for violations of MGL Chap. 148 and 527 CMR. The status of the action is provided and notation is made regarding the effective date of the action. While other actions may be pending, only those individuals or companies who have had administrative hearings with decisions rendered will be documented in this space.

The correct enforcement actions should read:

Joseph Capone Fireworks Certificate of Competency, voluntary permanent suspension

Zambelli International Fireworks Users' Certificate for a 30-day probation effective May 29, 2003.
